Quantum Command values integrity and transparency. Please review this refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

Coaching, Consulting, and Masterminds

Payments for coaching, consulting, and masterminds are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Physical Products

Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
